What happens when you delete your account

• We close your access right away and remove your account and personal information from our active systems within seven calendar days.
• We remove or de-identify your information in shared records while preserving other people's accounts and your organization or team.
• We send a request receipt and a completion notice to your account email.
• We keep a minimal record of the deletion request and outcome for up to 24 months, and routine authentication-security events for 12 months, as described in our policy. Restricted backups and records held by service providers follow their own separate lifecycles and are never used to operate a deleted account.
